Frequently asked questions

When do I get my letter?

Letters are mailed out between the 10th and 20th of every month. You’ll typically receive yours within 3–7 days after it has been sent, depending on your local mail service.
Which month will I receive when I sign up?

If you sign up before the 20th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 20th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
What if I don’t receive my letter?

Sometimes mail can be delayed or occasionally lost. If you haven’t received your letter by the end of the month, please reach out to gaby@booksandlattesco.com and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.
